Trained with IMI (Irish Management Institute) in assessments including MBTI Personality, 16pf, Strong Interest Inventory, Saville and Thomas Kilmann Conflict Management.
Highly experienced in the design of recruitment and selection programmes in a variety of industries, she is also a trained Behavioural Group Assessor and External Competency Interviewer for both public and private sectors.
