Delighted to partner with fellow coach Mary Cummins in the design and delivery of leadership development programmes as part of VARIUS Leadership, Margaret Quane in the delivery of Unify4Teams team development programmes and work alongside Doreen Freemann and Margaret Quane in various outplacement projects, including previously on behalf of global outplacement partner LHH, Right Management and Outplacement First.
Also working with the consultancy training organisation DOOR International S.V. as Consultant and Trainer in the delivery of their people management training for clients in the Republic of Ireland.
Interim projects for Munster Technological University assisting with career management and planning projects for students from undergraduate to Master’s/PhD level. Involvement as Mentor in the Joint Mentorship Programme of MTU.
Outplacement projects have included working with a UK Career Transition Company undergoing a big re-organisation and downsizing process. Also for a major decommissioning project for a large engineering organisation in Munster for 2020/2021 (phase 1) and 2023 (phase 2). Delivery of half day career transition workshops for teams of up to 20 individuals in each phase and executive career coaching sessions across themes to include self-discovery, psychology of change, career change, personal brand/CV/LinkedIn, networking, interview preparation and practice interviews, career planning, job search strategies and negotiating offers.
Regular consultancy, and facilitation of group and psychometric training workshops for clients of The Myers Briggs Company, and Conexion (a leading organisational HR/Strategy/Culture consultancy).
A pleasure to join fellow coaching professionals Gillian McGrath and Valerie O’Hanlon in facilitating a joint Podcast for the ICF International Coaching Week.
