Hello! My name is Aideen, and I am the Founder of FlexiSmart Coaching & Training. I offer coaching, training and consultancy to organisations invested in their teams’ development, potential, and wellbeing.
I work with individuals and organisations in transition or challenge to rediscover their purpose and intention, reconnect with who they really are at this time, overcome obstacles and move forward with a clear action plan. The focus is on longer-term behaviour change and greater career clarity and wellness.

My Background
My original background is in HR, recruitment and training. I am a qualified behavioural assessor and practitioner in several BPS-accredited psychometrics that I continue to leverage within my business. I act as an external interviewer for organisations in both the private and public sectors. A trusted partner to Heads of Department/CEOs for over 25 years, I had the privilege of working with several industry leaders in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, IT, cybersecurity, engineering, educational and environmental health & safety. Qualified originally in Human Resources Management (Chartered CIPD level), I returned to education to study a Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership in Health & Wellbeing in the Workplace. With a love of learning, I have also completed further studies in areas that include sociology, positive intelligence, positive psychology, the science of happiness, emotional intelligence with empathy and am a qualified NLP practitioner.
