My Background
My original background is in HR, recruitment and training. I am a qualified behavioural assessor and practitioner in several BPS-accredited psychometrics. I have acted as an external interviewer for organisations in both the private and public sectors. A trusted partner to Heads of Department/CEOs for over 25 years in business, I had the privilege of working with several cutting-edge and leading organisations in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, IT/Tech, AI/cybersecurity, engineering, and EHS. This included a mix of start-up, SME and larger industry leaders. Qualified in Human Resources Management to Chartered CIPD level, I returned to education in to complete a Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership in Health & Wellbeing in the Workplace.
With a love of learning, I have taken CPD/further learning in the areas of sociology, positive intelligence, positive psychology, the science of happiness, and emotional intelligence, and am a qualified NLP practitioner.
