One of my core values is Discovery. This includes a love of learning and a deep-rooted commitment to continuing professional development for myself and my clients in FlexiSmart Coaching & Training.
Last Friday I received my Post Graduate Diploma in Health & Wellbeing in the Workplace from the Technological University of the Shannon.
A big shout out to all the lecturers, support staff and my fabulous peer students and new friends supporting each other along this sometimes challenging journey with new learning methods, assignment deadlines, and many time constraints this year and last year. We did it! Congratulations to you all and I look forward to seeing the great impact you will have on wellbeing in your own workplace and communities. Rainbows of opportunity ahead!
A special shout-out also to all those who offered guidance and encouragement along the way and without whose support and encouragement I could not have achieved this. Humble yet always supportive. You know who you are.
