• Extensive experience as Chair/External Interviewer for competency-based interviews for both public sector bodies and the civil service to include government departments, the HSE, Universities, HSA, Food Safety Authority and An Garda Síochána.  Industry experience in several private industries to include the pharmaceutical/medical device assessment centre process, behavioural group interviews, aptitudes etc.
